This year will run quite differently, but we’re committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience. Please keep in mind, this is a fluid document which can be altered whenever new information becomes available.
Hours—Our general hours of operation are subject to change at any point throughout the summer. For updated hours, please check our Social Media pages.
Capacity—We are limiting the number of guests on the grounds to 50 at any given time. We are operating at reduced staff; therefore, the lower capacity ensures everyone’s safety and enjoyment of their experience. In our retail space, there is a limited capacity due to social distancing measures.
Tastings, Tours, Groups—This year, all wine tastings, tours, and groups MUST be booked either online or by phone prior to arrival - we will not be accepting walk-ins. This helps us keep the capacity under control, while ensuring we have enough seating arranged at any given time. We will not be hosting group bookings of more than 10 guests.
Weddings—We are still working through these details, and our availability will greatly depend on the Province of New Brunswick’s gathering allowances. If you are interested in holding a 2020 wedding, please contact us directly for a current update.
Distancing—We will provide floor indicators that allow over 6 feet of separation while guests are entering the building, at the register inside, and waiting outside. We will also have our tables spread apart with ample spacing.
Masks—Each team member will wear a mask to protect against the spread of germs.
Gloves—To minimize exposure, our team will wear gloves while preparing all food orders. To minimize transference, our team will not be wearing gloves. Instead, each member will have their own bottle of sanitizing spray, which will be used repeatedly throughout their shifts.
Healthy Employees—We have a daily screening protocol in place for each team member which has to be signed at the beginning of each shift.
Handwashing—At the start of every shift, employees are required to wash their hands and maintain this practice routinely throughout their shift. Guests have access to soap and water in the bathrooms and hand sanitizer in specific locations on the property.
Continual Cleaning—High contact areas will be sanitized several times throughout the day. A deep clean of all washrooms, outdoor seating, and the kitchenette will happen at the end of each day.
Contactless Payment—We have contactless payment available for debit and credit cards. We prefer contactless payment; however, we will accept cash in necessary situations.
