Day in the life of a Guest Experience Expert:

• Create an exceptional and welcoming experience and environment to become local NB wine culture
• Greeting guests when they arrive for check-in -table service -guiding guests through their tasting experience
• Maintaining a positive and fun work and guest environment in which you will work collaboratively as a team
• Upsell where appropriate and educate guests on where to purchase our wines
• Create and plate our small cheese trays and wine flights
• Other duties as required

Preferred:

• Bilingual (French and English) or multi-lingual
• Love dogs! (Magnum and Brix our Australian Shepherds’ are around for lots of cuddles)
• Experience is not necessary as the ideal candidate has a drive for the furtherment of the winery and education about local wine
• Basic understanding of POS systems

What you bring:

• A love for wine
• Willingness to complete the Responsible Beverage certificate training
• Ability to work weekends/holidays
• Physically fit to meet requirements of lifting 35lb-50lb cases of wine, standing for long periods in various environments
• Be at least 19 years of age
• Safely adhere to public health and Covid policies and guidelines to maintain a safe environment
