    A day in the life:

    • Welcome guests with a smile and guide them through the check-in process, making them feel at ease and excited for their experience
    • Help guests navigate their tasting experience by suggesting wines that suit their preferences and dietary needs, and transmitting their orders to the bar and kitchen
    • Serve drinks and dishes with care and attention, ensuring that guests receive everything they need to fully enjoy their experience
    • Share your knowledge and passion for our wines by pouring and describing them in a way that is both informative and fun
    • Stay up-to-date on menu items and changes, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that everything runs smoothly
    • Create a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and fun, while also providing exceptional service to our guests

    • Be the go-between for the bar and kitchen, delivering orders to our guests and making sure they have everything they need
    • Tell our guests all about our amazing wines and what makes them so special and unique
    • Stay on top of the menu and let everyone know if we’re running low on anything or if there are any changes to the dishes

    • Post-secondary education or relevant administrative experience

    • Knowledge of basic computer programs and basic typing abilities
    • Communication skills, like having a pleasant demeanor and the ability to work with various types of personalities within an office setting
    • Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error
    • Available to work evenings, weekend and holidays
    • Physically fit to meet requirements of lifting 35 lb-50 lb cases of wine, standing for long periods in various environments
    • Be at least 19 years of age
    • Safely adhere to public health and Covid policies and guidelines to maintain a safe environment
