    • Lead tours and tastings for both public and private groups, as well as other unique experiences that showcase our wines and our brand
    • Use reservation management software to coordinate guest experiences, while also answering questions and managing inquiries from potential visitors
    • Keep our tasting rooms, storage areas, and washrooms clean and organized, ensuring that they are always ready to welcome guests
    • Assist with special events such as private dinners, media tastings and others

    • Help guests navigate their tasting experience by suggesting wines that suit their preferences and dietary needs, and transmitting their orders to the bar and kitchen
    • Serve drinks and dishes with care and attention, ensuring that guests receive everything they need to fully enjoy their experience
    • Share your knowledge and passion for our wines by pouring and describing them in a way that is both informative and fun
    • Stay up-to-date on menu items and changes, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that everything runs smoothly

    • Work with the team to find the best available seating options for guests

    • Enter orders into the POS system as needed
    • Assist with serving or hosting during busy periods or to cover breaks, to ensure smooth and efficient service
    • Assist with special events such as private dinners, media tastings and others

  • Brand Ambassador

    A day in the life:

    We’re hiring Brand Ambassadors to support our growing presence in key markets including Kennebecasis Valley (KV), Saint John, and St. Andrews, while also building relationships across New Brunswick.

    This is a people-first, experience-driven role, perfect for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, and excited about wine, hospitality, and local partnerships.

    What you’ll do:

    • Represent Magnetic Hill Winery and our brands (including Loose Wire Winery) in your region
    • Support events, activations, and in-market promotions
    • Educate staff and customers on our wines through engaging storytelling
    • Conduct tastings with restaurants, bars, and retail partners (ANBL locations)
    • Identify new business opportunities and grow account presence

    What we’re looking for:

    • Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
